Why are your headscarves/hijabs so inexpensive compared to other shops?

This is our core philosophy. To get high-quality products to you at the most affordable cost possible. Additionally, for most of our Muslim customers, Hijab or a Headscarf is not exactly a fashion accessory. It is their religious obligation which is why we believe that we must help them and others to get the most out of their money through inexpensive albeit high-quality products.

In order to remain true to our philosophy, we try and get all our products as cheap as we can. We shop around multiple wholesalers and buy in bulk whenever possible to try and get the lowest price. Also, we are a lean little company: we are not top-heavy with vice presidents, nor are we trading publicly.

I haven’t received any emails from you about my order confirmation!

We send out emails to your registered email address when you buy the product as well as when your product is shipped. If you haven’t received anything from us please check your Spam/Junk folder. Alternatively please add CustomerService@Hidden-Pearls.co.uk to your safe senders’ list to ensure the email is delivered straight to your inbox.

Where is my order?

When your order will arrive is dependent on the dispatch time plus the delivery option you choose when making your purchase. Around 93% of Royal Mail 1st Class orders will be delivered within just 1 working day, Mon-Sat. However please allow 5 days before contacting us. International delivery varies on the basis of where it is being delivered. Delivery to Europe is usually within 2-5 weeks whereas delivery worldwide is within 6-12 weeks.

The dispatch time, it is 1-2 days. We actually dispatch majority of our orders the next day! You will receive an email as soon as an order is dispatched. Please make sure you check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t get any emails from us. Alternatively please add to your safe senders list to ensure email is delivered straight to your inbox.

My order is late, what should I do?

Sometimes things do go wrong, and if your parcel has not arrived as expected please accept our sincere apologies.

If your parcel is more than 5 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order. However, once the order has been shipped, you can still return your package to us within 14 days if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will refund the full cost of your returned products minus the shipping costs. We do not accept a return of used headscarves and pins because of hygiene issues.

Do you deliver outside UK?

Yes we deliver internationally. We deliver to 195 countries around the World at extremely affordable rates!

Can I get free delivery?

We offer a flat rate of £1.99 across the UK. The cheapest compared to any other online store!

Also, we offer our loyal customers Free Shipping regardless of their order amount. Please contact us for further details if you have shopped with us thrice or more.

For first time users of our website, do not despair! We will refund your shipping costs in full if you send us a photo of your celebrating your lovely new scarf/hijab for us to display on our website and social channels! Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Unfortunately, at present, we only deliver to your registered address with Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, then the delivery would be at the address your Credit/Debit card is registered at. This is due to Paypal’s terms and conditions.
